1. Order Processing Regulations

All submitted orders will undergo internal order verification, inventory confirmation and outbound packaging procedures after successful payment clearance. Our official order processing working hours are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal statutory holidays, weekends and unexpected company suspension days caused by force majeure factors.

Orders completed payment before 12:00 noon Alaska local time on working days will be prioritized for inventory checking and sorting on the same business day; orders paid after noon will be scheduled for formal processing starting from the next working day. Under regular inventory sufficient conditions, standard order processing cycle is 1 to 3 consecutive business days.

In case of temporary out-of-stock, bulk order pre-order, seasonal commodity supply fluctuation or manufacturer delayed replenishment, our customer service team will actively send notification emails via supports@lioralyn.store within 2 working days to inform buyers of stock shortage facts, estimated restock time and optional solutions including order postponement, partial shipment or full order cancellation with unconditional full refund. We will never arrange blind shipment without prior buyer consent for out-of-stock goods.

For customized size, personalized engraved and special customized products, processing period will be extended to 3–7 business days due to exclusive production arrangement, relevant production schedule tips are marked separately on corresponding product detail pages for buyers’ pre-purchase reference.

2. Regional Delivery Cycle & Shipping Service Classification

We provide multiple graded shipping solutions covering domestic United States territories and global international destinations, including Standard Ground Shipping, Expedited Fast Shipping and Priority Express Shipping, delivery transit time is calculated counting from the actual outbound scanning timestamp of logistics carriers rather than order payment date.

2.1 Continental United States (Lower 48 States)

  1. Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated in-transit delivery duration ranges from 5 to 12 business days after shipment dispatch, applicable for most conventional small and medium-sized parcels with regular weight specification.

2.2 Alaska & Hawaii Domestic US Territories

2.4 International Global Shipping (Canada, European Union, Australia, United Kingdom and other countries worldwide)

All international shipments go through origin domestic sorting, cross-border customs clearance and destination last-mile distribution three core stages:

Standard International Shipping: Total estimated delivery cycle 14–35 business days after outbound, customs inspection pause, local postal system backlog, seasonal logistics peak and regional policy adjustment will lead to uncontrollable delivery postponement beyond our scheduled estimated timeline.
  2. Premium International Expedited Shipping: Commercial air freight clearance channel, overall delivery period 7–18 business days, faster customs clearance efficiency compared with regular international postal route.

    We do not guarantee rigid fixed delivery date for any international orders for objective uncontrollable customs and cross-border transportation risks.

3. Shipping Fee Calculation & Free Shipping Qualification Rule

All shipping cost is systematically auto-calculated at checkout page based on three core factors: final commodity total weight after packaging, recipient delivery destination zip code and selected shipping service tier, all displayed freight charges include basic packaging material expense and carrier base transportation cost without hidden additional billing items.

Domestic United States Free Shipping Standard

Orders whose pre-tax merchandise subtotal meets or exceeds the threshold specified on our official website’s real-time promotional rules enjoy complimentary Standard Ground Shipping across Continental US; free shipping policy does not automatically apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US overseas territories and expedited/express upgraded shipping options, buyers who need fast delivery can voluntarily pay difference fees to upgrade logistics service regardless of free shipping qualification.

International Order Freight Regulation

Free shipping benefit is not applicable for all international cross-border orders under regular sales rules, occasional limited-time global free-shipping promotional activities will be explicitly posted on homepage banner and product page with valid activity period restriction. Any shipping discount code or coupon can only take effect according to its detailed applicable clauses marked upon issuance.

4. Import Tax, Customs Duty & Related Clearance Cost Specification

4.1 Domestic US Shipment

Shipments moving inside United States do not generate import tariff and cross-border VAT; sales tax collected at checkout complies with US each state’s current tax legislation, relevant tax amount is independently regulated by local tax authority instead of our shipping policy constraint.

4.2 All International Cross-border Shipments

Any destination country’s import customs duties, consumption tax, VAT, customs clearance administration fee, local entry inspection charge and miscellaneous regulatory expense arising during inbound customs procedure shall be fully borne by the receiving end buyer independently.

It is the buyer’s exclusive obligation to fully understand local import commodity regulatory standards and corresponding tax rate before placing orders. In case customs detain packages, impose supplementary tax fine or directly reject inbound entry caused by local import policy restriction, commodity inspection standard discrepancy or buyer personal import qualification problem, all resulting detention cost, return freight and forfeiture loss shall be undertaken by purchaser; Lioralyn shall not compensate any economic loss derived from above customs-related incidents.

5. Package Damage, Lost in Transit & Shortage Claim Standard

  1. Damaged Package Claim: Receivers must inspect external package appearance immediately upon courier delivery signature. If outer carton suffers obvious extrusion rupture, soaking damage or abnormal breakage, customers have the right to reject parcel signing and directly return goods to logistics carrier. For parcels already signed for receipt but found internal product damaged inside, buyers need to collect complete evidence including intact outer packaging photos, damaged item detailed pictures and parcel shipping label screenshot, then submit formal compensation application via our official mailbox supports@lioralyn.store within 7 calendar days after system marked delivered date. Our after-sales department will verify the claim within 3–5 working days after receiving complete supporting materials and arrange either free replacement reshipment or corresponding partial/full product refund per verification result. Claims submitted exceeding the 7-day valid application window will be rejected due to unable to confirm damage causation.
  2. Lost Parcel Confirmation & Remedy: Once logistics tracking information stays stagnant for abnormally long time without updated movement, buyers can initiate lost parcel inquiry through service email. We will submit official loss investigation application to cooperating logistics providers, the formal carrier loss confirmation cycle commonly needs 15–30 business days varying by different shipping companies. After acquiring carrier’s official lost certification document, customers can pick one solution from free duplicate reshipment or full payment refund of missing items at no extra cost. We do not process premature refund or reshipment before authoritative carrier loss verification finishes.
  3. Item Quantity Shortage: When unpacking finds ordered goods partial missing, buyers shall provide full unpacking video recording and parcel package weight proof within 5 working days after receipt confirmation, we cross-check original outbound warehouse picking record and carrier loading manifest to confirm responsibility and make up missing goods free of charge or issue corresponding refund for missing merchandise value after responsibility confirmation.

6. Undeliverable Parcel, Wrong Address & Refused Receipt Handling

Buyers hold full responsibility for filling in accurate recipient name, detailed delivery address, valid contact phone number and correct postal zip code during checkout order submission.

If parcels get returned back to our US warehouse for the following buyer-side reasons: inaccurate input delivery address, invalid recipient contact information leading to unsuccessful courier access, recipient voluntarily refuse to sign for package without legitimate product quality objection, long-term absent from delivery location resulting in carrier automatic return, the original outbound shipping expense and two-way round-trip return logistics cost will be deducted from buyer’s fund when processing refund; buyers who hope to arrange secondary re-delivery need to cover the full new shipping fee for another shipment manually.

For parcels returned due to our manual warehouse address input error or our own shipment mistake, we take full freight responsibility and complete free re-delivery immediately after confirming factual error.

7. Uncontrollable Force Majeure & Delivery Delay Exemption Clause

Lioralyn will not bear compensation liability for delivery postponement, temporary shipment suspension or parcel logistics stagnation caused by objective force majeure incidents out of our reasonable forecast and effective control scope, including but not limited to global natural disasters (earthquake, flood, wildfire, hurricane), nationwide regional extreme weather warning, cross-border port sudden customs policy reform, international logistics carrier large-scale worker strike, global public health epidemic control restriction, airway/sea route temporary closure and other official mandatory regulatory measures issued by relevant national competent authorities. We will actively update latest logistics delay notice on website homepage once large-scale abnormal transportation incident occurs.

8. Policy Revision & Supplementary Update Right

Lioralyn reserves the unilateral right to revise, supplement and adjust all clauses inside this Shipping Policy irregularly in accordance with US domestic transportation regulation update, international cross-border logistics rule change and enterprise operational adjustment requirement. All revised policy content takes legal effect instantly after being published on our official website’s policy page without separate individual notification to every existing customer. It is purchasers’ obligation to periodically browse our official shipping policy content before placing new orders to keep abreast of latest effective logistics regulations.
